A drunken burglar who gobbled down nearly a dozen bananas in a Long Island salad shop before urinating in a garbage pail and passing out on the floor will not be charged.

The owner of The Sexy Salad in Hauppauge decided Monday not to press charges after the bandit paid for Saturday’s snack attack.

The fruit bandit — who also scarfed down potato chips during the binge — was caught after leaving his driver’s license at the scene of the feast.
