A Manhattan judge has thrown out a big-bucks lawsuit against Calico Jack’s Cantina on East 42nd Street by a woman injured while dancing on the bar in a “Shake It Like Shakira” contest. Megan Zacher, 25, fell and shredded knee ligaments.

Her suit said the bar “knew or should have known” the promotion based on the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer’s dance moves was “dangerous and likely to cause injury.”

Justice Edward Lehner granted the bar’s bid to throw out the suit.
