A 21-month-old Queens baby has brain damage after his aunt violently shook him two days after Christmas — for crying, authorities said.

Susana Gil, 26, of Corona, was charged Wednesday night with assault and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly inflicting serious injuries on Alexander Delgado, according to the Queens DA’s Office.

Gil became the baby’s primary caregiver in November.
