Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Denise Richards have a date with the NYPD.

Cops yesterday spoke with a Sheen lawyer, telling him they want to talk to the bad-boy actor about his drunken rampage with a porn star at The Plaza hotel.

Richards — who went out to dinner with her ex and his $3,500 rent-a-date that night — also has been contacted by NYPD detectives.
