ALBANY — Measures to allow some disclosure of teacher evaluations and increase the minimum wage are in the cards this year, Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver predicted yesterday.

The Manhattan Democrat told reporters he thinks both issues “will get done” before the June 21 end of the legislative session.

Saying parents “clearly have a right to see” teacher evaluations, he conceded “you probably can’t” prevent parents from then disclosing the evaluations to the general public.
