A pyromaniac torched a Bryant Park shoeshine stand for the second time in as many weeks, putting two people out of work.

The arsonist was spotted at 1:30 a.m. yesterday at the stand on 42nd Street near Fifth Avenue, according to Dan Biederman, president of the Bryant Park Corp.

He said witnesses reported that same man set the first stand ablaze on March 22.

That stand was replaced. But with the new one destroyed, the two regular shoeshine men are out of work.
