One of the two suspects – apparently injured alleged shooter Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, 21 – awkwardly crawled from the scooter before his counterpart rode off Saturday night, surveillance footage shows.
“One of the suspects DUMPS the body of his injured counterpart and flees,” the Homeland Security X account wrote, sharing the 23-second clip.

Mora Nunez was arrested at the hospital, while his alleged accomplice – Christhian Aybar-Berroa, 22 – was nabbed Monday, officials said.
The pair allegedly rode the same scooter to Fort Washington Park in Manhattan late Saturday, where they came across the 42-year-old federal agent and a female companion sitting on a rock.
