Shocking video shows a man abruptly pulling out a gun on a bustling Harlem street Monday evening and shooting one person in the chest.

Surveillance footage shows the man in a black hoodie walking up to a group of people on the corner of Lenox Ave and West 112th Street at around 5:30 p.m., and drawing his gun.

Terrified bystanders can be seen ducking and scuttling away.

A 27-year-old man was shot once in the upper chest and taken to St. Luke’s Hospital in serious condition, officials said.

An investigation is ongoing.
