The man who allegedly shot an off-duty NYPD cop and a teenager who’d thrown a bottle at the officer pleaded not guilty yesterday to two counts of attempted murder.

Joseph Baez, 21, was accused in Bronx Criminal Court of shooting Officer Nelson Vergara and Adonis Almonte, 17, outside the former Marine’s apartment building on Phelan Place.
