Prosecutors have dropped the charges against a man beaten by cops who wrongly thought he was trespassing in a Brooklyn synagogue center two weeks ago.

Two cops were caught on video beating Ehud Halevy, 21, after a security guard mistakenly thought he was trespassing. Halevy had actually been granted permission to stay there.
