Punxsutawney Phil’s got nothing on our Staten Island Chuck!

The Big Apple’s prized groundhog — and weather-forecaster extraordinaire — Chuck didn’t see his shadow yesterday, signaling an early end to winter and early arrival of spring.

That’s in direct contrast to the Pennsylvania rodent, who saw his shadow and predicted another six weeks of cold weather.

Chuck has been right 24 out of 30 times, an 80 percent accuracy rate.

Phil draws more national attention than Chuck, despite having a horrific 39-percent success rate over his 125-year forecasting career.
