A woman died yesterday after she jumped off a Staten Island Ferry boat into the Upper Bay.

The unidentified woman, in her 30s, was pulled out of the water by NYPD Harbor Unit cops and ferry workers, who lowered a small boat to pick her up.

She later died at New York Downtown Hospital.
