Express-bus lines on Staten Island and some Long Island bus routes are on the MTA cutting block, as the agency finishes revisions of a massive service-slicing plan to close a budget gap, sources said.

The X18, which runs from Park Hill in Staten Island to lower Manhattan, will likely be among those that see a reduction in service, the sources said.
