The Staten Island toddler who nearly drowned in his family’s pool is still in critical condition and showing no signs of improvement, distraught relatives told The Post yesterday.

Fourteen-month-old Vincent Fougere was discovered floating lifelessly in the pool at the family’s Tottenville home Saturday afternoon.
