Firefighters used CPR to revive a 14-month-old boy who had gone about 10 minutes without breathing after falling into a Staten Island pool yesterday afternoon, officials said.

Vincent Fougere was found at 12:15 p.m. at a relative’s home on Brehaut Avenue in Tottenville. Fortunately, Engine Co. 151 is just a block away.

Vincent was in critical condition last night at Staten Island University Hospital.
