A brother charged with helping his sister murder her rich Manhattan husband was caught on video a little over a year after the 1996 slaying tearing down NYPD posters that asked the public for help solving the crime, prosecutors revealed in court Friday.

The assistant district attorney said Evan Wald, 43, was captured on surveillance video ripping down the fliers, which had been plastered near victim Howard Pilmar’s coffee shop.

“There he is repeatedly pulling down posters and putting them in the trash,” said ADA Elizabeth Lederer of Wald, arguing why he should be held without bail for the slaying.

Wald’s sister, Roslyn Pilmar, 60, has already been remanded.

Justice Jill Konviser described the video as “damning” and ordered Wald held without bail.

The siblings were indicted earlier this month for allegedly stabbing Howard 27 times to score $1.5 million insurance payout.
