The three other children in a Queens house of horrors where twin siblings were brutally beaten — one fatally — were found with scratches on their legs and signs of scabies, law enforcement sources said Friday.

Mila, 2, Nadia, 4, and 5-year-old Ariana Torabi were examined for signs of trauma and admitted to Cohen Children’s Medical Center in Queens after the family’s horrific living situation was revealed Wednesday night, sources said.

The children’s 1-year-old sister, Elaina Torabi, was found beaten to death — just two days after two workers with the city’s Administration for Children’s Services visited the Auburndale residence.

An agency source was adamant Friday that there were no signs of scratches or scabies on the children at the time of the routine Monday visit.

Elaina suffered injuries to her skull, abdomen and pelvic area and had blisters and open lesions across her body, according to sources.

She was found not breathing and unresponsive in the basement of the family’s home on Ashby Avenue at around 9:50 p.m. Wednesday after the children’s 30-year-old mother, Tina Torabi, called 911.

Emergency responders rushed the child to Flushing Hospital Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead about 40 minutes later.

The toddler’s twin brother, Keon, was discovered with jaundice, a protruding belly and multiple broken bones — including ribs, a hip and leg — a laceration to his liver and a contusion to his stomach.

The boy remains in critical but stable condition in the intensive care unit at Cohen Children’s Medical Center.

Tina Torabi was charged late Thursday with felony assault for the injuries to Keon.

Police are continuing to grill Torabi at the 111th Precinct as authorities await the results of Elaina’s autopsy.

ACS launched an investigation a few years ago into Torabi’s alleged drug use and abuse of Adderall, sources have said.
