Two siblings are suing the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, claiming their father fell to his death from a fourth-floor window while left unattended.

Florentino Pedroza, 71, wandered from the ER to a conference room where he fell on Aug. 4, 2014, says the Brooklyn lawsuit.

The hospital couldn’t be reached for comment.
