A Brooklyn man enraged after being left out of his mother’s funeral planning stabbed his brother in the chest, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.

John Sheppard, 52, allgedly knifed his brother, Michael, 45, in the victim’s Fort Greene apartment, the sources said.

John was charged with assault and weapons possession. His brother received stitches at Brooklyn Hospital.
