A Brooklyn couple planned to open a baby-sitting service to disguise their intentions to drug young children in their care and sexually molest them, officials said.

The FBI and NYPD arrested Bebars Baslan, 35, and Kristen Henry, 25, who are boyfriend and girlfriend, and hit them with sexual-abuse charges. Henry has worked as a special-education teacher at a private school in upstate Lackawanna, a source told The Post.

The feds say they moved in before anyone was actually molested.

Baslan also collected child pornography, authorities said, and allegedly wanted to videotape his girlfriend molesting a child as potential blackmail material to protect himself.

The couple was arraigned yesterday in Brooklyn federal court and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
