A sick creep randomly attacked a woman as she walked her dog on a Brooklyn street this week — grabbing her by the neck and sexually assaulting her, police said.

The 49-year-old victim was walking her dog at East 7th Street and Avenue Z in Sheepshead Bay when the perv gripped her by the neck with both hands, cops said. 

He then pushed her up against a fence and groped her groin area, authorities said. 

The sicko took off, and was shown on surveillance video released by the NYPD late Wednesday walking on the sidewalk after the attack.

He is shown wearing a light gray shirt, darker gray pants, a white backwards cap and white sneakers.

Police are still looking to track him down.
