Singer Jojo wants out-out
Ex-teen singing sensation Jojo, whose last hit was five years ago, says she needs another big break — from her record company.
Jojo, 22, whose real name is Joanna Levesque, claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit that Blackground Records is keeping her from becoming a successful adult artist because it’s holding her to an illegal six-record deal.
Blackground owner Universal did not return calls for comment.
