This is dedicated to the ones they sue.

Singer Dionne Warwick and a surviving member of the ’60s girl group The Shirelles sued the producers of the new musical “Baby It’s You!” in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday for featuring them as characters in the play without their permission.

The show, which opened last night, tells the story of Florence Greenberg, the New Jersey housewife who discovered The Shirelles — the girl group behind the hits “Baby It’s You,” “Dedicated to the One I Love” and “Will You Love Me Tomorrow” — and formed her own record label, Scepter Records.

Other than the girl group — comprising high-school friends Beverly Lee, Doris Coley, Addie Harris and Shirley Owens — the musical features portrayals of “Walk on By” singer Warwick and “Any Day Now” singer Chuck Jackson, who also were signed by Greenberg.

Now Warwick, Lee, Jackson and the estates of Coley and Harris are suing producers Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures and Broadway Baby LLC

A rep for Warner Bros. declined comment.
