He’s in a hole lotta trouble.
A man trying to drive his girlfriend’s car around a flooded Brooklyn street early Monday made matters worse when he ended up in a hidden sinkhole that formed after a water main break, according to reports.
The well-intentioned boyfriend was trying to move the SUV away from the floodwaters around 3:45 a.m. at 275 Bay 37 Street and Cropsey Avenue in Bath Beach when the freak accident occurred.
“When we came out to move my car, my boyfriend tried and he went straight into the hole,” Vincenza Malagiere told 1010 WINS.
“There’s no one out there so we did our best, but I got him out. Him helping himself and me pulling him out,” she added.
