A Brooklyn man was sentenced to 20 years behind bars Tuesday for the mid-sex murder of his pregnant girlfriend — while the victim’s sister promised the killer she’d personally haunt him for the rest of his life.

“Every time you’re eligible for parole, I will be there to remind the parole board what you did,” Paulette Young vowed as she addressed the court during Alex Jeffrey’s sentencing.

The shackled 34-year-old killer, who refused to look at Young as she spoke, pleaded guilty in July to charges of second-degree manslaughter for the 2013 stabbing death of Merceda Young, who was pregnant with his child.

The two had been having sex in Jeffrey’s Jeep when he pulled out a knife, law enforcement sources said, and started stabbing Young in the neck.

Prosecutors said Jeffrey, who was married to another woman at the time, knifed the 35-year-old 22 times because she’d gotten pregnant. He then dumped her partially clothed body on a dead-end street in Williamsburg.

“You had your way with her in your truck, you stabbed her, and you left her exposed body on the ground, like a dead dog,” the sister seethed. “Was it worth it, Alex?”

Jeffrey then tossed the knife, his bloody jacket and some of her things into the East River before fleeing, said prosecutors. His computer’s search history revealed he’d researched ways to remove blood.

He was arrested two days later, after cops interviewed Young’s 14-year-old son and the teen mentioned his Jeep — where police discovered bloody paper towels and a bag containing Young’s cellphone, wallet and credit cards.

Jeffrey declined to speak Tuesday, simply saying, “No” when asked by Brooklyn Supreme Court judge William Harrington if he wished to say anything before he handed down the agreed-upon 20-year sentence.

“This defendant brutally stabbed a pregnant woman, robbing her two children of their mother,” Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez said in a statement.

Jeffrey yelled, “Love you!” to his solemn family in the gallery as he was led out of court, while Paulette Young cried in the arms of prosecutor Sabeeha Madni.
