Lois Paulino claims her auxiliary police officer sister used her connections with the NYPD to illegally oust her from the downtown apartment they shared for 44 years.

The women battled over the officer’s decision to move her elderly, ill boyfriend in with them, the suit says.

The NYPD denied the allegations.
