The site of the horrific Christmas Day ​2011 ​house fire that claimed the lives of three young girls and their grandparents ​in Connecticut ​is up for sale.

The 0.34-acre Stamford lot where Madonna Badger’s ​daughters and parents perished in ​the early morning blaze was listed on Realtor.com for $850,000.

“FLAT AND EASY TO BUILD – RARE OPPORTUNITY,” the ad states, boasting of the lot’s sweeping views of Long Island Sound.

​​The fire claimed the lives of 7-year-old twins Grace and Sarah Badger and 9-year-old Lily Badger, as well as their maternal grandparents, Lomar and Pauline Johnson. Madonna Badger and her contractor-boyfriend Michael Borcina escaped the blaze.

​The 1895 Victorian that previously occupied the lot was razed after the fatal inferno, which tore through the wood-frame home and was the subject of a lawsuit because the fire hydrants in front and behind the under-renovation home were not connected to the city water system.

The suit, which was settled, also claimed that the city was derelict in inspecting the building.
