Skate ‘scam’
Olympic skating champ Alexei Yagudin captured the gold in 2002, but his manager’s been making off with it ever since, court papers say.
The skater says his former “asset manager,” Michael Goldin, has been robbing him blind for years, embezzling $1.1 million since 2003.
In papers filed in Brooklyn federal court, Yagudin claims Goldin — whose day job is auto-shop owner — told him he’d invested the money in Florida real estate, but never did.
Goldin did not return calls for comment.
