The family of the Hofstra student accidentally killed by a cop during a Long Island home invasion last May wants to see the autopsy report on the intruder.

The family of Andrea Rebello, 21, is considering a lawsuit, and it says information including bullet trajectories could affect any legal action.

The petition was filed in Nassau County Court.

Nassau County lawyers are resisting the Rebellos’ request for the autopsy records of Dalton Smith.
