The parents of slain Bronx teen Ramarley Graham vowed Tuesday to continue fighting for “justice” — even after the family scored a $3.9 million settlement over their son’s tragic shooting death by a cop three years ago.
“The settlement does not bring my son back,” said Graham’s mother, Constance Malcolm, after Manhattan federal Judge Kevin Castel ratified a $3.9 million settlement for the family in its wrongful-death lawsuit against the city.
The killing of the unarmed 18-year-old at his home by undercover cop Richard Haste sparked accusations of overly aggressive policing.
