A doped-up Long Island teen who ran over and killed a 69-year-old doctor may be out of jail in four years thanks to a judge’s promise of a light sentence.

Kayla Gerdes, 19, copped a guilty plea in a Mineola court yesterday, and Supreme Court Justice John Kase responded by promising her three to nine years in the slammer, instead of the max of 15 years.
