Slay-drive outrage
Lynette Caban — convicted yesterday of criminally negligent homicide for killing a grandmom by plowing backward through a into a crosswalk — continues to hold a valid New York driver’s license under a different last name, according to DMV records.
On top of that, Caban likely faces no jail or loss of license when she is sentenced next month for the 2003 killing of Francesca Maytin, 82, The Post has learned.
That’s because Caban has already served a year in prison on the killing, back in 2005, after she was convicted the first time.
