A Long Island woman accused of killing her husband will undergo a psychiatric exam to determine if she is fit to stand trial.

Kathleen Prisco, 48, has pleaded not guilty to murder charges. She stabbed Ralph Prisco, 54, more than a dozen times in their home in Fort Salonga, a wealthy community on Long Island’s north shore, prosecutors say.
