The water vendor who allegedly shot two men over a turf war near Yankee Stadium was charged yesterday with attempted murder.

Horace Coleman, 52, allegedly opened fire in front of the Crown Diner at 161st Street and Gerard Avenue Thursday afternoon, striking Douglas Watkins, 60, with whom he had been arguing earlier.

He also shot a 41-year-old man identified only as “Clay.”
