A boozed-up driver crashed her car into an unmarked police vehicle parked in front of Gracie Mansion yesterday, police said.

Pilar Turturiello, 40, was driving on East End Avenue at around 2:30 a.m. when she allegedly smashed into the vehicle, which was unoccupied.

The police car was shoved into two other empty, parked vehicles.

Turturiello, who was not injured, refused to take a Breathalyzer at the scene and was charged with DWI, cops said.
