‘Snow go’ Thruway fix
BUFFALO — Regional supervisors will no longer need Albany’s OK to close the New York State Thruway in an emergency like the one that stranded motorists in the snow for up to 20 hours last month.
That’s one new guideline revealed yesterday by the Cuomo administration.
