You won’t get the gift of snow today for Christmas, except for maybe some flurries, but the Big Apple can expect some of the white stuff tomorrow.

Today should be “a quiet Day, weather-wise, not a bad day,” with a high of 35 degrees, AccuWeather.com meteorologist Dave Dombek said yesterday. “I couldn’t absolutely rule out a flurry by the end of the day, toward dark.”

Tomorrow, look for it to be “mostly cloudy, brisk and cold, and we actually do expect some snow mid-afternoon into Sunday night,” the meteorologist said.

“Right now, it looks like it would be a light snow from midafternoon into Sunday night, and we’re looking at a coating to an inch or two in the city.”

Eastern Long Island could receive two or more inches, he said.

Temperatures in the city will drop Monday.
