The infamous Soccer Mom Madam who pleaded guilty to running an Upper East Side brothel reportedly violated her felony probation by posing with what looks like a gun.

Anna Gristina, 47, who now lives with her family on a farm in upstate Monroe, appeared in Orange County Court on Friday for probation violations over the alleged gun and for failing to take a mental health evaluation, the Middletown Times Herald said.

Her lawyer said it’s unclear whether the object she is holding is actually a gun and she’s willing to take the evaluation.

Gristina pleaded guilty to promoting prostitution in 2012 and was sentenced to time served.

Manhattan prosecutors described her prostitution ring as a multimillion-dollar operation catering to some of the richest men in the world.
