In other Italian food news, Soho’s Sola Pasta Bar Chefs Alex Campedelli and Luigi Sepranza are launching three food trucks.

The first, which opened last week in Midtown East, is at 53rd and Park Avenue. The second will launch next week at 255 Greenwich St. by the Freedom Tower while a third Bryant Park location is slated to open soon.

Dishes include include Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe; and aglio, olio e peperoncino. The carts’ menu will change daily and offer at least five pasta dishes in Instagram-friendly packaging.
