A Manhattan burial director made a grave mistake, giving away a reserved plot, a lawsuit charges.
Allan Fried, 51, paid $1,800 to the Ameinu society to save a plot for mom Freda next to her husband.
Upon her death in May 2013, director Hiam Simon said “someone else” was buried there, a Manhattan Supreme Court suit says.
Simon refused to comment.
