The former boy toy of “Real Housewives of New York City” star Sonja Morgan treated his real-estate firm like a “personal chauvinistic playground” — once sending a receptionist a photo of a scantily clad female broker, a Manhattan lawsuit charged Monday.

Benjamin Benalloul is accused of piggish behavior in a $15 million civil suit filed by Emir Bahadir, with whom he founded RLTY International.

“Even in the well-documented world of high-stakes real-estate brokerage, where extreme conduct and egomania are commonplace, the actions of [Benalloul] go beyond the pale,” Bahadir says in the civil suit.

Benalloul, 26, and Morgan, 52, split in 2013.

In 2014, Benalloul used his company iPad to snap “indecent photographs of himself and an unidentified woman in his bed,” say court papers filed by Bahadir’s lawyer, Larry Hutcher, of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP.

A year later, he forwarded his receptionist a photo of a young female real-estate broker “wearing only a very revealing bra,” the suit says.

Bahadir wants to force Benalloul to sell his share of RLTY.
