Cops busted one of two thugs who mugged US Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s cousin in The Bronx, authorities said yesterday.

D’Shell Hill was picked up Monday when a police officer recognized her from a sketch that was released after the May 24 robbery, police said.

Erin Sotomayor, 28, an NYPD traffic agent, was headed into a subway station when Hill allegedly choked her. A man then snatched her iPhone, cops said. Sotomayor was not injured.
