It’s out with the old and in with the new for Spider-Man.

The cast of the beleaguered Broadway production took its final bow last night before the musical shuts down until May 12 to undergo a retooling in a desperate bid to save it.

Meanwhile, the Marvel Comics Spidey is getting a hip new look — revealed here (above) for the first time — and a new man behind the mask, who’ll debut this summer at the end of “The Death of Spider-Man” storyline.

“That’s not Peter Parker,” Marvel editor-in-chief Axel Alonso told The Post. “There’s going to be someonenew wearing the costume.”
