Problem-plagued Broadway musical “Spider-man: Turn Off the Dark” was hit with two safety violations from the state Department of Labor.

The citations, which don’t include fines, stem from accidents that occurred last year — when actor Christopher Tierney fell more than 20 feet and when two other performers were hurt in rehearsal.

A show spokesman said the “production is in full compliance” with labor laws.
