“Spider-Man” star Tobey Maguire has folded his hand, reportedly settling a lawsuit seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars of his poker winnings.

The feds charged in a suit against Maguire that his winnings were paid by proceeds of a Ponzi scheme.

“Spidey” agreed to pay $80,000 to the estate of Bradley Ruderman, who’s serving 10 years for tax, wire and other frauds in the scheme, CNN reported.
