Teresa Carpio, who’s been playing a minor character in “Spiderman, Turn Off the Dark,” today officially becomes a star — officially taking over the lead role of “Arachne” from Natalie Mendoza.
Mendoza left Dec. 30 to recover from a head injury sustained when she was hit by a rope during the first preview. She’s one of four actors who have been hurt performing.
