Starbucks bomb deal
That’s a latte prison time.
Manhattan prosecutors made their best offer to an accused Starbucks bomber yesterday: 3½ years behind bars if he pleads guilty to the May 25, 2009, Upper East Side blast.
Kyle Shaw, 18, was told by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Solomon to either take a plea deal by his next court date, Sept. 7, or a trial date will be set.
