The niece of a state assemblywoman has been busted for embezzling at least $25,000 from the Brooklyn pharmacy where she worked, police said Saturday.

Jesenia Peralta’s aunt, Democrat Maritza Davila, represents the Bushwick neighborhood where the alleged crime took place.

Peralta, 27, stole the money last summer from the Kraupner Pharmacy, police said. She was busted Wednesday.
