An enraged Manhattan court officer stabbed his gal-pal co-worker with a knife inside her home this morning, police sources said.

Eduardo Vias, 35, allegedly stabbed the 35-year-old victim in the neck during an argument at 4 a.m. inside her residence on Moffet Street in Staten Island, sources said.

The hotheaded state officer, who was dating the victim, allegedly locked her up in the bedroom before attacking her.

Neighbors ran outside after hearing the pre-dawn commotion .

”They were taking [the victim] out on a stretcher. She had a mask on her face, her eyes were closed,” said neighbor James Filatro. “[Police] took somebody out in handcuffs.”

The victim was rushed to Staten Island University Hospital, where neighbors said she remains in intensive care. Police sources said she is expected to survive.

Vias and the victim are both court officers at New York County Supreme Court in Manhattan, authorities said.

Vias was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful imprisonment.

He was suspended without pay, according to court spokesman David Bookstaver.
