Staten Island DA Michael Mcmahon shut down a hot-sheets motel on Thursday, calling it a “haven for prostitution.”
The dingy Staten Island Motor Lodge Inn at 481 Hylan Blvd. in Grasmere was closed after an investigation revealed sex for sale and other illegal activities, the DA’s office said in a press release.
